Sercotel Esteoeste - Lugo

We recently stayed at sercotel, and it was an very nice experience. the hotel is brand new and luxurious, situated right in the heart of the city. the staff were kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. we opted for a superior room with a lovely view, which was well worth the small extra charge. with great restaurants nearby, we enjoyed exploring the local dining scene instead of having breakfast at the hotel.

Exceptionally nice room with private bathroom and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. Comfortable bed and competent and affable staff. Located in the middle of the city...

the staff were polite and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. the room was not overly large but perfectly organized, showcasing beautiful design elements. i enjoyed the excellent temperature control and the cleanliness of the bathroom. located in the heart of the city, i appreciated the proximity to a public underground parking facility. plus, there are plenty of good cafes nearby!

We had a lovely stay at Sercotel, enjoying the beautiful, stylish room and fantastic location. the shower button was a bit tricky to use. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable experience.

The room was well organized with a beautiful design, and the breakfast featured freshly baked cakes and cookies, with some options changing daily and even a gluten-free corner. The atmosphere was calm.

Enjoyed the beautifully organized Basic Single Room. The design was modern. Breakfast stood out, with freshly baked treats daily, including gluten-free options. The staff were all accommodating. The shower button had issues. It required continuous pressure to function, a bit inconvenient. I also noticed the lack of signs indicating some service entrances, leading to a misstep on my part.

Room was nice, but the roadwork made it noisy outside in the morning.

Comfortable bed. The design of the room added a stylish touch. The overall ambiance was calming.

The shower button was confusing-it required you to hold the button continuously for the overhead fixture to work. The extra charge for dogs at 20 EUR per night felt steep, especially for those traveling with multiple pets. The strong scent throughout the hotel was a notable distraction, unlikely to suit guests sensitive to fragrances.

The room was luxurious with a stylish design making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were attentive and offered excellent service . The view from the room was nice.

There was significant noise from the roadwork outside which disrupted the morning calm.

It was just a suitable option for a transient stop in Lugo with very nice value for money. The staff was helpful and made the check-in process seamless after a long drive. Be cautious of the additional charges if you're traveling with pets. They can add up quickly.

The front desk staff was helpful! Rooms were well-appointed with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety.

But the heavy scent throughout the hotel could be overwhelming for those sensitive to fragrances.

Sercotel Esteoeste is impeccable, with an unbeatable location in the old town. the staff goes above and beyond, and the lobby is a true work of art. the housekeeping maintains fresh rooms, and the Roman vestiges under the glass windows are a unique touch.

No complaints. Brand new property.
